file and printersharing

I need a script to autmaticly turn off
file and printersharing
and
client for microsoft
on all NICS on a computer.

I really don't know how to start (don't know where it is located on the computer).
Doing it on all computers manual is not an option :(

Do you have a domain controller that you can set up a group policy for?
