file and print sharing through the XP firewall

hello everybody,

Recently on my network is affected with donq k worm which i was able to remove with the removing tool, but it was affected very frequently, but we solved the
problem by enabling the XP firewall on every machine, by this the network is protected, but the file and print sharing is not possible, which is very important in our network, please specify how to configure and enable the file and print sharing through the firewall and the port numbers used by file and print sharing in XP professional
