AoA. I have meridian 81-C release 4.5. that was running smooth.
Today I got a problem that my users do not have tones at there exts while incoming/outgoing was ok. when i check from terminal foun drol ok at midnight. the very first error was XMI000 PLL UNLOCK EVENT.
Then found FIJI errors like FIJI020 And FIJI007 ETC.
I took state of CPU foud CPU0 active and 1 s/by. I manually INI the Exchange and after 6 mints All Exts tone available and dialing all ok.
Quetios is this Why this problem Occured and what is the reason behind and my INI action is Correct or not ??????

Regards

run a test 360 (ld 39) I think & see what it comes back with.

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Yep, run the Fiji tests in LD 39 and make sure everything is good. Stat your rings also and make sure they are half and half.

Before running any test or taking state of rings i Initiate the Meridian and problem was resolved.
My question was this, Why this happened either problem with FIJI card or some where Else.

Unfortunately by doing the INI you may never know what caused the problem. The Fiji tests are there for a reason. Hopefully it doesn't come back, but don't be surprised if it does.

With the PLL Unlock Event, it could also be a Clock Controller issue.
