Fiels is not showing up after modifiying a view

I have a report that run based on 2 views. I needed to add another field to one of the views so I modified the view and compiled it. Open the report verify the database and placed the new field in the report.

If I ran the report from Crystal everything is fine. But when I ran the report from the Java application we are using the report come up without the field that I have added although all the other changes appear on the report.

Any ideas?
