Fields not showing up in email resulting from pgpmail form

I am trying to use a PGPmail function to encrypt emails coming from a form.. I have followed my ISP's instructions, however, when the resultant email comes in, it has only the username in the email.. Nothing else is present.

My ISP argues that is is my code... I have checked and rechecked it and cannot find where the code is wrong..

Any ideas.

As a test, try sending the email without using PGP.
