I am in an Access ADP project file and I had to add a column/field to a report. The new column and the values for it display correctly. However, since I had to make this new column the third column, I had to move the remaining 10 columns over. That was no problem. I just used my mouse to give me another block of room on the design of the report. Now when I print the report, the last 3 columns on the right do not display. Certainly Access has something like Excel in the page setup where I can reduce the size, or something like PDF where there is a fit-to-page option, so every column will show. But I cannot find it. I may be a bit misleading in that I think the report looks 'column-like' but I dont have actual columns. Help!

Access reports don't have a "fit to...". If you have controls to the right of your right margin/width, you will need to shrink/move them to the left.

Thanks. I pretty much had to shrink the size of all the individual items on the design of the report and then move them over. It was a pain but it worked.
