My first post for some time....

This is a frustrating little problem...

I created a report in with an original page set-up of Portrait, then later changed it to landscape in order to make it look better; however the fields that I have placed in the additional page width given by Landscape do not appear in preview mode, even though i can see them in design mode...# :(

I guess this may be quite simple to solve and would appreciate any help/guidance

Thanks

Will

Are you sure there is data to show in the fields you added? Does the preview "look" like portrait?

When you first go into the viewer and before you click print go to the button that says WINDOW STYLES in there checkmark PrintSetUp. The click okay. Then call your report up in the viewer. After your report comes up then click the Printer icon with the wrench which is your printer setup button. Set it for landscape mode and then click okay and this should reset the report to landscape. This happens to us with almost all systems in the office. Something that MIS dept has to deal with. Hope this helps you. Then you can print it from that point too.
