Fields not listed when writing a formula

I am trying to get an address into a formula but the fields are not listed as available to use. The field size is 200, what is the max field size you can use?

Hi Kath,
The only time i've seen that is with ver 8.5 and using memo fields. The Nt event log is a good example where you can on see a limited number of field from the table.

In ver9, you can see more of the fields.
Can you confirm you field type, ver of crystal and db type.

Hi thanks for the reply, I am using version 7.5 the field type is text and db is Access
