Can someone help me, recently on one of our users machines they have lost all of the fields in their Opportunity Manager. Each new opportunity has a folder and there are no longer any Description, % or how old the opportunity is.
delete that person's USERNAME.ini and have them re-login to GoldMine... Note that doing this will reset their saved window positions and all other user preferences (including their INTERNET preferences). Otherwise, you could mine through the username.ini file in notepad and locate stuff that appears to be linked to the OPMGR (Opportunity Manager) and delete those entire sections until you see good results on subsequent login to GoldMine...
