Field visible - user selects 1

Can i have a field in a report that a user can choose whether its visible or not

i have a field called supplier on a report with many other fields only sometimes we do not want to print the report with supplier visible, but sometimes we do??

You would need to use a form to accomplish this. The form would have a Command Button and a CheckBox on it. In the Click Event of the Command Button you would simply open the report using
DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewNormal

The user would either check or uncheck the box depending on whether they want to see supplier on the Report.
Then in the Format Event for the Detail Section of the Report you would put

Me.Supplier.Visible = Forms!FormName!CheckboxName

If the checkbox is checked the field will be visible if unchecked it will not be visible. You can do the same thing for any associated label as well. Give it a try and post back with specific problems.
