How to show the values of a field in a list format (value1, value2, ...) that match the records that will be in the detail area for each new group of records in an Access2000 Report

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but I recently had to format a report so that on each record group I had five fields in a list. To do this I created the report with the wizard and then edited it making the detal section longer and moving the fields, that were going across the page, into a list. I find it easier to auto create things this way and then edit them to get the results i need. All the hard work is already done this way. Hope this is of some help.

Thanks Jaydee, but's not what I'm looking. Let me explain a little, the report is grouped by CAR MAKE and bellow each car make I have replacement parts for different models. OK? what I need is to write a list (model1, model2, ...) that will be printed right bellow the group header, before the detail. Is a big automobile parts catalog and what's intended is that before going to the detail, you can see in a glance if the company have at least one part for that specific model.

This is what I mean:

Group: Chevrolet Passenger Car
Beretta, Cavalier, Celebrity, Citation, Corsica,
Impala, Lumina & Monte Carlo
Detail: 01-92 Malibu........... 887636
01-94 Cavalier......... 765777
97-90 Citation......... 836363
etc....

Check out this faq: faq703-3587

It might at least give you some ideas to get started.....

CosmoKramer,
Thanks for your help, I had tried several but not this... seems not to be exactly what I need because I do need the detail area, but I'll try to find my way from here.
