Does anyone know why a field {Fiscal Year}which contains years (2003-2008) only displays all of the years when pulled into the report but doesn't show all of them when you 'Browse Data' or use the field as a parameter selection. I can only see up to year 2006 when I browse or try to use it as a parameter selection. There is data for years 2007 and 2008.

When you 'Browse Data' Crystal only shows you the distinct values that appear in the first 500 records of the dataset from the field you are browsing.

To get all values into a parameter picklist, you'll need to either create it manually or import the list from a text file (You'll need to create the text file manually either by using a separate crystal report and exporting it or some other sql means) into the parameter.

What version of Crystal? You should never post any question about any software without supply version information.

There is a registry key called MaxNBrowseValues that can be modified to increase this in version 8.5. I am not sure how to do this in newer versions.
