Field Names in DTCs

After applying Visual Studio SP4, I have encountered a problem with field names not displaying in DTCs when using an SQL statement as the recordset data source. Using a table directly works just fine.
Versions of InterDev that don't have SP4 applied also handle this process without any difficulty.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a fix for it?
