Field Missing on Customer Maintenance Add 1

Macola 7.6 300b SQL- A user just brought it to my attention that when she goes to add a customer the alternate address field disappears when she tabs out of customer number. It comes up when you maintenance a customer, but disappears on an add. I do have custom screen sets, so I copied the MACOLA screen set to a test user and it does it on that one too. Thanks for any ideas.
 
Do you have flexibility? If so please post the code behind this screen to this forum.

Thanks for responding. I opened up flex and under ARCSTMNT\macform there is no code.
 
Try copying the MACOLA screenset - which cannot be changed - to the user in question, then make your desired changes.

Were you logged in as supervisor when you looked for the flex code? Is there a macsql\vbaprj\arcstmnt\macola folder? Any other folders under macsql\vbaprj\arcstmnt?

I did already did that as stated in my first post. Should I just restore the Screens Database?
 
Check for flex first per my last post. I'd really doubt that the restore of the screens database will make a difference.

No there is no vba code in the vbaprj folder & I looked again as supervisor and there is still no code. I have added the user defined fields to the screen at the bottom. the alternate address field is there when you bring up the screen, but as soon as you hit f5 and tab, it disappears. It is definitely as event driven hide, but I swear there is no code behind it. And the Macola screen set does the same thing.
 
I'd love to see this in action. Please contact me offline if you'd like. This is not a sales push so please no red flags for those of you who seem to do this so often.

I tried this on a 7.6.400A install and it functions the same way.

I suspect this is by design. Until a customer is actually added, you cannot create an alternate address for that customer. This is referenced in document #00.927.520 on the Exact Portal.
