Field Locking

Does anyone know of a way to 'Lock' fields into the position they were inserted to on the Design.

I have a text field which is linked to an HTML file. On exiting the file there is a prompt I have inserted and when you click on 'ok' the field linked to the HTML file moves as it is pre-selected.

I'm using Crystal 8.
