Our company has recently purchased the Field Level Security module. My supervisor would like an audit of all the forms that a user can access in GP and their corresponding input fields so that we can decide which one shuld be lock down with a password and which doesn't. Is there a good way to qurie all the form names and control from the database or do I have to manually open each form and type up the name of the forms and the name of the fields manually?

I think, go to advenced security -> select dictionary, you would have names of all form there for each module.

Your best bet would be to use the Dexterity development environment itself and build the references table.

Then you can select a field and see all the windows it appears on.
