field lengths in email

Hi all,

Am currently writing an export report thingy in access using database fields to dynamically create the email content / to / cc etc.

My question is, how long are the string lengths for each field.

to:
from:
subject:
message:

Need to know this purely to set up my field lengths in access so i don't have any conflict when sending mail.

Tried searching on the web and on msdn but can only find things that are completely irrelevant!!!!!

Enter 1234567890 and see where it stops! If you find it unlimited, then assume a reasonable length! Go in multiples of 8 characters.
