Field jumps around on re-position

Hi. Any help is appreciated.

For some strange reason my fields move around on the report when I try to move them with the mouse. It'll move up about an inch and center itself. I then have to drag it back down to the position I want it to be on the report. This is, to say the least, rather annoying. Does anyone know why it would do this?

What version of Access?
Does this happen with all of your reports and all of your database files?
Is the report open in design view?

Access 2010. I only have one report in this database and only one database on this computer. The report is open in design view.

I should also mention that this is happening in a field header section of the report.
