We have Crystal Reports running on a network server which multiple users can access via Remote Desktop Connection. Others are able to run Crystal perfectly, but I have an unusual problem.
I seem to have full normal functionality - I can make changes, run reports, save them etc. But, I cannot see the Field Explorer. When I click on View-Workbench the workbench pops up on the right side of the screen as it should, but when I click on Field Explorer nothing happens.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions ?
