Field Defaults on BOxi Server

Environment: CRxi, BOxiR2 Enterprise
Datasource: MS SQL

Situation: Report developed in CRxi, a string field is actually a date so in FieldFormat the conditional display was set to mm-dd-yyyy, works fine.

Problem: When report is run on Enterprise server, the field default has two decimal places so it displays mm-dd-y.00yy

Question: How/Where to set the field defaults on the server.
