FIELD CAN NOT BE SUMMARIZED

Hello,

I created an If Then Formula where it displays a "yes" and
"NO" if a condition is met "YES" HOW CAN I COUNT THE YES.
IF {3OD}=0 AND
{60D}=0 THEN
"YES".

Change the formula or create a second formula:

IF {3OD} = 0 AND
{60D} = 0 THEN 1

Then right click on this formula->insert summary->choose "sum" (NOT "count").

Or do a running total that uses the test as a conditional formula.
