Field are being italicized

Hi All,

I have an end user using Filemaker Pro6. When opening a filemaker file all the fields appear italicized. If I bring this file up on other workstations I don't have the problem. Any ideas what this could be and how I can resolve?

Pure guess here because I've not had this problem myself but your local system may not have any normal fonts loaded.

Try this:

From the LAYOUT mode pull down FORMAT -> FONT -> CONFIGURE/MORE FONTS. The move a couple of the more normal fonts like Aerial from the Available to the Appear In Window side.

Then close FileMaker and re-open.

Thanks for your response. You were on the right path. The Arial font this end user had was somehow set for Italicized and bold. What I had to do was delete the Arial fonf from the windows folder and copy the Arial font from another machine.

I'm all set now.
