Fiber Remote communication probelm

Our vendor has just installed (week ago) a fiber remote unit (660 Ft distance) and attached it to our Option 81C. Phones on the remote are dropping off, losing calls and experiencing no rx but tx or no tx but rx on voice calls. Fiber cabling has been tested by three independant testers and is well within specs. (it's 62.5 micron end to end) Controller cards have been swapped out and line cards pulled (so that just controller is working) After about 10-15 minutes threshold is achieved and FIR error messages are output on terminal. Seems to be a problem with newly installed fiber remote units. Our vendor service people have been here daily. Anyone aware of this problem/fix or can suggest any fixes (or a place to look inside for trouble) would be greatly appreciated.

We are using the older TDM fiber remotes on 11Cs, are you using the newer IP fiber remotes? I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
