Fiber NAM - Calls answered by AA asks for mailbox number and password 1

Any call on any line that is set to answer using the AA (whether night mode is enabled or not) immediately asks for the mailbx number and password. Attempted using a different table with an unrecorded greeting and no CCR, but same result. Insured the AA Menu prompt was disabled. A reboot of the complete system made no changes.

Most of you know me on here, so please ask if I have forgotten something, but I am pretty sure all is good..

Note: It's one of our technicians here at our office and not me that was on site. I did help him over the phone.

Quick thought , NAM DN has lines appear and ring at it?
i.e you can enter the DN of NAM instead of ** to check messages.

I verified all settings personally. There is nothing out of the ordinary. Verified all extensions used on the NAM do not have any lines assigned. Verified there are no hunt groups with those extensions as well.

Thinking a reinstall may be in its future.

I looked at sub-option 4 and VM is set to Y. I viewed all sub-menus, and they are all correct..

I even answered a call manually, then transferred in to the CCR Tree 1 directly (Feature 986, 1#) and I got the correct greeting.. It's really hosed up..

Redirect DN was set to Yes. Changed and now all is good!! Thank you Exsmogger!! A star for you!!

Ah forgot about Redirect. Norstar: 30BHG06 (Version 5.0) requires Redirect = N. Fortunately you were using a NAM 4.1 and redirect is editable, otherwise you would have load a patch to turn redirect off.
