Is there a standard for configuring specific pairs together when terminating 6 pair fiber distribution cable? Example: Blue and Green together for MT-RJ terminators?

If I understand your question correctly it would be
blu-or
gn-brn
slt-w
this is the standard telephone color code used in copper cable.
