Is it safe to disconnect a fiber jumper going to an unused T-1 card on a MICS with 6.1 software. We no longer need the T-1 card at this location but need it at a different site?
If the card is removed at it's current location is there a board renumber similar to the Avaya Magix that needs to be done after the card is removed?

You need to power down the system before removing the card.

The T1 card is in a fiber trunk module?
If it is in the main KSU, then no. You must power down.

If it's a 6.0 or higher MICS and the NT7N74AAAA is in a trunk module. Unplug the fiber and then power the trunk module down by pulling the plug. Then you can remove the card. If it's in a trunk module, no other cards were allowed in that TM so you can leave it off if you like.

the fiber jumper is it going to the module? or the DTI card
because the card has a RJ45 input for the circuit
