I am unable to create FFCs in LD 57. Its giving me error about customer database not present (I guess in LD 15). Can somebody guide me plz how to initiate?)

Try entering "NEW" in LD 57.

Thats what I have done, getting the error I quoted.

1: What was the error code exactly.... remember that there are a LOT of them in Nortel land
2: What version software are you running?
3: Is this a working system?
4: What are you actually trying to achieve?... adding a Gp Hnt?... facility code?....other????
As suggested try a print
