few XML questions

Hello, i'm kind of new to XML but first of all i would like to ask few questions to see if this is posible.
1.Is there any way that i can acces an database using XML?(not using a web server)
2.If not Q1 then is there any solution to modify, add XML data?(not shure there is an solution but who knws maybe i'm mising something)
3.Here should be another few question but if the 1 or 2 fails will not be needed.

You may create/recreate your XML outputs. You can generate an XML file/database from other source database by using some special software. Try one of them:
