Few users getting "incorrect syntax near ',' all others fine?

I am hoping someone can help. We have a program that uploads data to google maps. We have been using it for over a year. Now, I have 2 machines that always get windows internet exception error and the html document says data upload failed. Incorrect syntax near ','

Anyone have any ideas? The programming is fine as it works for everyone else and has been for over a year. The problem is just on a few machines for 1 company.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
