few questions/problems with fading in and out

Hi
I'm new here and in flash too.
I'm trying to make a web page for my band and i've encountered a few problems:
1. I wanted my page to "fade in" and everything works fine except text (i converted it to movieclip symbol so i can change it's alpha and tween that). The text box just pops out at the end. It works only when i test it within project/timeline, when i try to ctrl+enter or publishing it, it just pops out

2. i've added a UIScrollbar component to that textbox, but when i publish the project it doesn't show. when i test it with ctrl+enter it shows

thanks, it solved the fading problem, but scrollbar still won't appear when i publish it
