Fetching an xml/rss file

Hello,

What I'd like to do is for instance take a feed like:

http://www.icerocket.com/search?tab=blog&q=web+development&rss=1

and have the same thing appear on my local file, like:

mydomain.com/icerocket-rss-webdevelopment.php

Anybody know how I can do this?

I tried the INCLUDE function, it works great just for pages, but not for the xml feeds.
