Fetch login

For my Intranet site, I want to use Windows 2003 login for my CF 8 web app. The user will only be logged in on the machine they request the application. I tried using cgi.auth_user but it returns nothing. Please advise why I cant fetch this info? I basically need the user network login which I assume is in LDAP.

Please advise.

CGI.Auth_User is populated only when you have ACLs on the resource. Do you have permissions set on the folder that holds the CFM files? Have you disabled anonymous login for the virtual folder in IIS?
