I am looking for a way to add a FEM to my 4.0 and run a T1 off of it. Can i put a fiber trunk module with a T1 in it and expect it to run off my BCM?

Check page 354 of the BCM 4.0 Installation and Maintenance manual. It lists everything but a T-1 card. Based on that info, I'd say it probably won't work.
