Anyone know of any issues using the FEM and DID cards? I can hook to the Dmark with my Butt Set and dial the Rec digits and it works perfect. But if I dial in through Telco the call rings the correct phone but when you answer it the call drops. There is an Avaya system there so we tested the DID circuits on it and had no problems. So now I'm lost.

How are the DID trunks built on the BCM? If I remember, they need to be set as DID, WINK, and auto answer.

Thanks biv343, I've tried them as WNK and IMM I get the same result. I've turned ANI on and off same thing.

Ok got back to site and moved the DID lines back to the BCM for testing. Same thing answer the call and it would drop. I flipped the pair at the D-Mark (don't know why it was just one of the things that I did not try earlier) and bang everything worked. So it looks like the polarity is different between the Avaya DID card and the Nortel. All is right in the world now..
