Hello,

I have a big problem! When I do a Backup from the Informationstore I reseve the failure: No Data send or reseve by the Agent ( 10054 ).
On ouer Fileserver WINNT4.0 (PDC) run Arcserve Advanced Edition and on the Exchange5.5 (BDC) from the same CD the Agent! Both versions are patched to SP2 and Upgraded. Agent Build (378).
The Brick Level backup run without any problems.
I have read that this 10054 Failercode is a TCP/IP Problem ! But can I simply reinstall that Protocoll on ouer Exchange or are there other idears ???
