Feedback on Progression and e-Synergy

Does anyone have any negative feedback on using e-Synergy with the Progression interface? I can see how it would help our company in many ways but the only things that I read or hear about it talk about the good things.

I'd like to know more about problems others have encountered.

Success for Progression to e-Synergy really relies on several things:
1. Ensuring that the people implementing have read the Integrator manual
2. Proper preparation of the settings on the e-Synergy side
3. Data scrubbing on the Progression side
4. Enough knowledge of both applications to plan the implementation correctly.

I'm a very strong advocate for integrating Progression and e-Synergy - there is a lot of value there.

Post specific questions if you have them - several forum members have done implementations and several forum members are running on integrated sites.
