Hey guys, I've got a small Mitel 3000 at a customers site. Two lines, and 3-4 phones. The customer complains that when they go to hang up the phone or set it down on the desk(why they don't use hold I don't know) they get a terrible feedback sound out of the handset. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this system, or if it is basically operator error. I told them that the best thing would be to put the call on hold rather than set it down on the desk.
These are just the plain 16 button phones on the Mitel 3000 system.
