Feedback on Conference Call

I have a customer with a BCM50 w/PRI. Every time we do a conference call we get feedback. Sound like to two telephone sets close together on speaker.

Who gets the feedback, and what kind of phone. Patches-latest?

We do the other party don't hear the feedback. All digital telephone sets.

What kind of digital phones and how close are they?

Handsfree or handset?...do you have the volume setting in features for set or system?

Set the volume to Set (that allows the volume to remain at whatever level the set owner chooses).

How close are these phones? Is it on all conference calls?

I had the same issue with BCM50 3.0

Install the latest patchs.

It's only dialtone-VZ
