I'm a phone system vendor that has developed a "One-Stop Shop" for end users and other vendors that need assistance on setting up and installing phone systems as well as phone support on their computer network equipment and programming. I have many telephony techs wanting to join in on this to get support on VoIP set-up on customer's networks. This division will be called FOTTINA support. I was wondering what IT people think about this service and if they would join in on it?
