I am transferring a website from a Unix server to WSS and have a Feedback Form within the website that is linked to an Access database through a perlscript file. Has anyone any ideas on how to create a Feedback form within WSS? I just need the data from the Form to go to a separate file.

or alternativly have you looked at forms library ?
