I believe that Fedora displays the version at boot time, which means that it is probably in a config file. You might want to check /boot/grub/menu.lst. Or just reboot and pay attention while it boots.
Most of the RPMs have names ending in FCn where n is the version number. rpm -qa should give you the answer.
