I was wondering if there was a tutorial on how to setup a Mail Relay server using Fedora Core and then forwarding it to a MS Exchange server. Any help would be great.

A little more clarification is required about how you want to use this. Do you intend for the FC5 mail server to be at the edge of your internal network, receiving from & sending to the internet, while exchange handles everything inside the network? Or do you mean just the opposite?

Sorry about that, Right now I have a FC4 box running and I would like to use it as a mail relay that will filter out spam and viruses and then relay the mail to a MS Exchange server. The clients on my network then will access the mail from the Exchange server. I want to secure my mail system more than what I have currently. I hope this clarified what I was originally asking.

The second question is, once your linux mail server cleans up spam, why do not let the client pc's get mail directly from it using dovecot or another POP3/IMAP solution?
