FedEx Ship Manager Direct HTTPS

I am new to setting up an HTTPS connection. I was wondering if anyone else has made a connection to FedEx in a windows form? I am looking to retrieve tracking information. Any examples would help. The docs on the FedEx site provide no help when it comes to C#.

No. It is not a school project. I've been out of school for quite a few years. It is a valid question regarding a feature I'm trying to add to one of my websites. I'm not a programmer and I can't seem to find good information about how to integrate FedEx tracking info onto one of my web pages using Macromedia Dreamweaver.
