I have a mailbox that has been deleted from the system however when you call the extension and it covers to voicemail the old mailbox answers. The MM system is 5.2 SP 10
I am thinking a FEDB resync might be in order but I have a few questions about this?
I have the following executable in c:\Avaya_Support\Tools\FEDBSync\FEDBSync.exe
Questions -
- I have about 900 mailboxes so how long will this take approximately on one MAS?
- What are the chances that this will not go well and cause the MAS to not recover? I only have one MAS
- If this doesnt work whats the next step?
