We have a number of Frame Relay connections in our WAN. When I look at the performance indicators, I'm seeing what I think are very high numbers for BECN % for some of the links. Does anyone have a feel for some guidelines on how much FECN and BECN are acceptable? When should I start getting annoyed at my Frame Service, or buy more bandwidth.
