I have one phone that has 2 intercom buttons and no Park.
How do I change one of them to park? All the other phones only have one intercom button.

Thanks

Bill

To make a phone have only one intercom you have to go into system programming / T&S. You cannot change an intercom by just programming the phone through feat*3. To make any other button call park- you program the button as a feature, then feat74.

Can you be a little more specific please, I'm new to this system.

Sure- to program a feature key:
press feat*3
press the button you wish to program
press feature 74

Excuse my ignorance but are you telling me I can't change one of his intercom buttons to a park button?

As I stated earlier, to change the number of intercoms on a phone you need to go into system programming, which is why I recommended vendor support. The answer is no, you cannot change an intercom button by trying to program it via feat*3.

Rats!

If you know how to copy a phone, then just copy from 1 of the phones that has only 1 intercom key to the 1 that has 2 .

ok next question. How do I copy a set? Will the destination keep it's extension or will I have to change it back after the copy.

do you happen to have the installer guide corresponding to the software release of your system?

the admin interface varies with version.

You should check out thread 799-941866 and then consider calling a vendor.
