Bcm 200 older software....This system is in another city and before I make the trip just wondered if someone could point me in the right direction. can't seem to find any reference in the docs for this. I'm more comfortable with this issue with a stand alone Call Pilot. When user presses any call pilot feature code they are getting "Feature Inactive"
Thanks

How long has it been in service and what version are we speaking of.

My past experience says - Possible BFT going bad, possible HD bad, Vmail service has stopped, or just may require a reboot.

I would check if all front lights are flashing and see if you can access unified manager. If you have the flashing LEDs it might mean bad bft or hd.

Usually a soft reboot of the system will restart the application.
Failing that then try a power shutdown and restart the system.

If the problem is still there then check your status lights on the front of the bcm to see if they are all flashing.
if so you may have a hard drive failure.
only solution is to replace or reimage the hard drive.

I forgot about the Base function tray as NTL555 Says

There is a known issue with the Capacitors on the base tray bubbling up.
Open up the base tray and check the capacitors around the processor to see if they are damaged, it will be quite obvious.
The faulty capacitors are usually green in colour
