Feature Inactive on Voicemail....Help!

Hello Everyone,


I have a BIG problem with our vcoicemail system today. When anyone hits Feature 981 to access their voicemail, they get a feature inactive message. I tried to get into the Administrator part using feature 983, and received the same message. Can anyone help?

Do an XFTEST:
F**938378
266344
Code: First
Test
If inactive delete code
Do this until all inactive codes are deleted.
Reboot voice mail, test.

I agree with rebooting your voicemail system, it sure will not hurt anything, also check your DN that your voicemail resides on and make sure everything is o.k. there.
