Just curious...While reading through 3300 online help to assist with setting up a clustered network I came across below in relation to Feature DN:

"Assign a unique Feature DN for each element. We recommend that you set each local Feature DN similar to its element's CEID digits. For example, if the local CEID digit string is 5555, and your cluster uses 4-digit extension numbers, set the Feature DN for that element to 1555. Then if you have to debug trace messages across the cluster, it will be easier to identify the message destination."

Anyone know how to extract debug trace messages?

Would it just be CCS Trace?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Yes it will appear in the CCS trace as the feature DN code so that you can be sure that that the feature has taken place.
e.g. clustered pickup group, DSS/BLF etc.

Thanks Chaps

arrrhuh....

Never noticed that in CCS trace commands before but then again have only used it to monitor ISDN issues.
