Is there a code to cancel all forward or follow me calls to an extension. I think someone forwarded a vm port by mistake to x10 because she keeps getting 1 ring on her Intercom button and on the display it says Voice Messaging.

You have to do Feature 11-(Ext No.)-(Ext No.) and Feature 20-(Ext. No.)-(Ext No.) for EVERY extension in the system. No global command to cancel them all. Put Feature 11 on a button, then you can just hover one finger over that, and the other hand over the keypad, then you just press the button and dial 1010, push the button and dial 1111, etc all the way through 57. Don't forget 76, 78, and 79

But first, you might want to see if Ext. 10 has been added to the VM Hunt group, #505-7-10
